Details

These dosage and diet guidelines set out, as everyday guidance, the order in which to take the Saengsik (raw whole-grain food), minerals and extracts recommended at Dongbang JC Clinic over the course of a day. So that those starting out are not left confused, the timing is arranged along the flow from morning until bedtime.

The standard for Saengsik is one tablespoon per 20kg of body weight. For someone weighing 60kg, for example, that comes to about three tablespoons at a time, taken in place of a meal in the morning and evening as the basic pattern. On days when you have had ordinary meals, we also explain how to mix one tablespoon of Saengsik and a suitable amount of minerals into water.

Minerals are mixed into water and taken right after waking in the morning and again before going to bed, while Cellulite and Boyang Extract and Detox Haedok Pills are taken as standard 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. The exact amounts and frequency may differ with constitution and condition, so they are adjusted through consultation.

Where weight care is concerned, the underlying view of these guidelines is that foods which do not agree with you can leave the body feeling heavy and lead to puffiness. Feeling light on waking in the morning is therefore taken as one point of reference, and on days when you have eaten foods that do not agree with you, the guidance is to settle your meals with Saengsik and minerals and find the rhythm again.

Who it may suit

  • Those who need a clear sense of when and how to take Saengsik and supplementary foods
  • Those who would rather begin weight care by adjusting eating habits than by forcing anything
  • Those who feel heavy in the mornings and would like to adjust their daily rhythm
